A basic rough edit of Manalive is complete. Now begins the "fine tuning" process, the smoothing out of technical issues, and the addition of sound effects, music, Etc. Post production is a long and tedious period but the results will be worth the wait.

"Principal photography for Manalive concluded at 11:30pm on Thursday, March 26th... Ahead of schedule. Now we move into the post production phase which will include several weeks of editing, color timing, sound effects and music recording. So far, so good!"

Open Call Auditions
Moonhunt Productions announces open call auditions for roles in the independent feature film titled "Manalive,” This film will be shot in Savannah in March, 2009.
Auditions will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009 at the Savannah Civic Center in the Mason Room from 12:00 pm-4:00pm. Parking is available on the Barnard Street (east) side of the Civic Center.
Many roles will be cast for women and men ages 18-85. Moonhunt Productions is eager to utilize local talent so all are welcome!
“Manalive” is a unique, romantic comedy based on the classic book by G.K. Chesterton. In the film, an eccentric stranger blows into a dreary boarding house and turns the lives of its occupants upside down. They soon learn what it means to be truly alive… until a detective arrives and tells them that the stranger is a wanted murderer.
